A Hotel proposal as a part of a larger Urbanism Proposal in Winson Green, Birmingham, UK for the Fall 2018 Graduate Studio at Judson University. The Merry Hill Hotel is designed as a landmark for the people of Winson Green and those visiting the historic area. The hotel sits on the edge of the Birmingham Canal and is built upon Merry Hill. This location not only provides access to the natural amenity of the canal, but it also provides views to the surrounding area and the Birmingham Skyline in the near distance. The hotel includes 36 rooms, restaurant, pub/coffee shop, public garden, and wedding/conference hall.
